Measuring Your Underbust and Waist

1. Underbust (Band) Measurement

   • Wrap a soft tape measure snugly just beneath your breasts, keeping it parallel to the floor Thistle and Spire.

   • Note the exact measurement in inches or centimeters and refer to our size chart.

2. Waist Measurement

   • Measure around your natural waist (the narrowest point between ribs and hips), holding the tape lightly but straight.

   • Compare this number to our waist range; as long as you’re within ±2 in (±5 cm), the elastic design will accommodate minor differences.

  Our materials stretch in all directions, adapting comfortably to fluctuations in both bust and waist by up to ±2 in (±5 cm) without losing support.

• Adjustable Closures
  Multi‑hook back closures and sliding shoulder straps let you fine‑tune band tightness and strap length for personalized support .

• Sister Sizing Friendly
  If your exact size is unavailable, you can go up one band and down one cup—or vice versa—and rely on the stretch to bridge the gap.

Fit Recommendations

• Middle‑Hook Check: A new band should feel snug on the center hook—this allows room to tighten as the elastic naturally relaxes over time.

• Re‑Measure Periodically: Bodies change; re‑measure every 6–12 months to stay within your optimal range.

• Rotate & Care: Hand‑wash or use a lingerie bag, and alternate pieces to preserve elasticity and prolong wear PSD.
