Measuring Your Underbust and Waist

1. Underbust (Band) Measurement

   • Wrap a soft tape measure snugly just beneath your breasts, keeping it parallel to the floor Thistle and Spire.

   • Note the exact measurement in inches or centimeters and refer to our size chart.

2. Waist Measurement

   • Measure around your natural waist (the narrowest point between ribs and hips), holding the tape lightly but straight.

   • Compare this number to our waist range; as long as you’re within ±2 in (±5 cm), the elastic design will accommodate minor differences.

Fit Recommendations

• Middle‑Hook Check: A new band should feel snug on the center hook—this allows room to tighten as the elastic naturally relaxes over time.

• Re‑Measure Periodically: Bodies change; re‑measure every 6–12 months to stay within your optimal range.
