Orders and Shipping

Usual shipping time for international orders are 8-15 Days based on your location. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

Please note that to change the delivery address information, you need to contact us via email within 24 hours of placing the order and get a clear reply from us. The delivery address cannot be modified after the order is processed and shipped.

Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Our product prices include basic sales tax. However, if the tax policy in your country changes, the additional tax will be borne by the consumer.

Returns and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
All products must be returned to us in perfect condition. This means that all labels and tags must be attached, with no stains, marks, pulls or rips. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to refund you, and the items will be shipped back to the original shipping address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

Regarding the return address, the return needs to be to the original place of shipment of the goods. We have several shipping warehouses around the world, and the specific return address needs to be informed by contacting us in advance.

If the delivery address you registered is incorrect, please contact us through our official customer support email address within 24 hours after placing the order. After 24 hours, the delivery address cannot be modified after the order is processed and shipped.

After submitting the order, if you need to change or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours after placing the order. If you make a request after 12 hours and before the goods are shipped, we will deduct 5% of the order amount as an order processing fee. If the goods are shipped, no order changes or cancellations will be accepted.
